Our bodies are remarkably designed. We have our own amazing built-in detox system that works to remove toxins from our bodies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This detox system is composed of our large intestine, the liver, the kidneys, the lungs, the lymphatic system and the largest detox organ of all – the skin. They are all constantly working to rid our bodies of waste so that we can maintain abundant energy and good health.
